Course Overview

A thorough coverage of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices will be covered expanding on the material learned in the previous course. In addition, students will apply these principles within a computerized accounting environment using Simply Accounting software.

Through out level 2 and 3, you will be learning the accounting software using a hands-on approach with simulated source documents. We will take the learner step-by-step through a conversion from a manual system, setting up company files, recording transactions, to period-end processing. This course combines learning in General Ledger, System Management, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable modules.
