Financing
(International students ONLY)
Depending on your choice of program, your Financing payment schedule will vary.
For Willis College Programs
You will be required to do the following:
1. Apply for a program
2. Send a Document handling fee of $ 250 CAD
3. Upon being accepted in the program, you will receive from us an invoice with the payment instructions. In the payment instructions you will be asked to deposit in Willis College's Bank account up to 25% of your tuition fees. See Program and Deposit Fees.
4. Then Willis College will send you an Official acceptance letter that you can take to the nearest Canadian Embassy or Consulate as soon as possible to initiate the application process for a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV and Study Permit) to study at Willis College.
5. One month before arrival, you will inform us of whether you would like the following services:
a. Medical Insurance
b. Airport Pickup
c. Accommodations
d. Meal Plan
You will decide if you want a, b, c, d and send payment to Willis College one month prior to your arrival in Canada
6. Upon arrival to Canada, you will pay the remaining Program Fees
For Lambton College Programs
You will be required to do the following:
1. Apply for a program
2. Send Registration and Document handling fee of $ 500 CAD (NON Refundable)
3. Upon being accepted in the program, you will receive from us an invoice with the payment instructions. In the payment instructions you will be asked to deposit in Willis College's Bank account 1st semester of your program fees. See Program and Deposit Fees.
4. Then Willis College will send you a Lambton College Official acceptance letter that you can take to the nearest Canadian Embassy or Consulate as soon as possible to initiate the application process for a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV and Study Permit) to study at Willis College and Lambton College – Ottawa Campus.
5. One month before arrival, you will inform us of whether you would like the following services:
a. Medical Insurance
b. Airport Pickup
c. Accommodations
d. Meal Plan
You will decide if you want a, b, c, d and send payment to Willis College one month prior to your arrival in Canada
6. Upon arrival to Canada, you will pay the remaining Program fees (2nd semester)
Refund Policy for Lambton College Programs
Students who are refused their Study Permits and VISA will receive a full refund (100%) of all tuition and book fees, less the non-refundable Documentation fee ($250 CAD) and registration fee ($250 CAD) All other refund requests must be submitted in writing with proper documentation explaining the reasons for the request and will be considered on an individual basis.
