With over 110 years of expertise delivering high quality career training, Willis College has developed a unique learning system that ensures success for our students.

It starts with proper assessment and selection of a program that fits each student's career goals. Our classes feature a stimulating learning environment led by experienced instructors who have industry experience and have gone through Train-the-Trainer programs to ensure that they have the skills to transfer knowledge to our students. The Instructors bring real-world problems into the classroom to demonstrate the application of technology and learning.

Our unique merge model enables students to start a program based on their scheduling needs. Students will learn from and participate in classes with students from a variety of backgrounds and stages of their education. The interpersonal experience and contacts that students make in our programs can last a lifetime.

Students receive personalized coaching throughout their program by our Instructors, Teaching Assistants, Campus Directors and Career Services Consultants who help them with understanding of our curriculum as well as employment and career related enquiries.

Willis - University Winnipeg - Lambton College partnership provides a credit transfer mechanism for degree completion opportunities in Canadian and American Universities.

Willis College has an extensive quality assurance program that ensures that our students receive a high quality experience in the classroom and throughout our programs. Courses, Instructors and all staff and facilities are evaluated regularly so we can identify areas for continual improvement.

We augment our instructor-led training with online tools to assist students in achieving their goals and certifications. These tools include online practice exams, free-online courses for self study as well as a unique Mentoring system that provides one-on-one support to students throughout their program.

Some programs include job shadow opportunities, co-op placements, internships or on-site visits to employers to give students real world experience prior to graduation.
