Financing - International Students ONLY

Depending on your choice of program, your Financing payment schedule will vary.

For Willis College Programs

You will be required to do the following:

1. Apply for a program by filling out the registration form 

2. Send a Non Refundable Registration & Document Handling fee of $200 CAD

3. Upon being accepted in the program, you will receive an invoice with the payment instructions. In the payment instructions you will be asked to deposit in Willis College's Bank account 25% of your fees.

Refund Policy for Study Permits and VISA:
Students who are refused their Study Permits and VISA will receive a full refund (100%) of all tuition and book fees, less the non-refundable Registration and Document handling fee ($200 CAD) All other refund requests must be submitted in writing with proper documentation explaining the reasons for the request and will be considered on an individual basis.

 4. Then Willis College will send you an Official acceptance letter that you can take to the nearest
Canadian Embassy or Consulate as soon as possible to start the application process for a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV and Study Permit) to study at Willis College.

5. One month before arrival, you will inform us of whether you would like the following services:
a. Medical Insurance
b. Airport Pickup
c. Accommodations

You will decide if you want a, b, c and send payment to Willis College one month prior to your arrival in Canada

6. Upon arrival to Canada, you will pay the remaining Program Fees
